About Walton & Co.

Walton & Co. is a caviar and roe house inspired by the spirit of angling—not as sport alone, but as a way of paying patient attention to water, weather, and the table that follows.

Our name honors Izaak Walton (1593–1683), the English writer best known for The Compleat Angler, first published in 1653. Walton's book is part practical guide and part meditation on riverside life, companionship, and the pleasures found in simple, well-chosen provisions.

We are not claiming Walton's endorsement—only a lineage of feeling. Walton & Co. selects caviar and roe for unhurried evenings and small celebrations, packed cold for careful delivery.
